Trained by himself began his career in the early ’90s. Soon adjourned on the language of pointillist Pellizza Volpedo and devoted himself to portray scenes and landscapes of Sardinia costumriste (The evening roll call, 1894 Atzara, Nuoro, municipality). he also made portraits (Self Portrait in the sun, 1907, Sassari, coll. Banco di Sardegna) that exhibited in 1903 at the Promoter of Genoa and Florence in 1904. Also in Genoa in 1905 sent Paesaggio sardo.
