    Angelo Barabino

    Angelo Barabino was formed at the Academy of Brera and later entered the studio of G. Pellizza from which derived the pointillist and interest in language issues involved. At the master’s death after a stay in Venice settled in Tortona where he created landscapes airy not exempt from a certain taste to return to order. Among the works include: Autoritratto, Rapina, Fiori selvatici, Il figlio, L’annegato, Pioppi a Scrivia, Fine di un giovane contadino, Mattino estivo, Idillio, Partenza, Allucinazione in trincea, La visione del morto, Le figlie di Lot, L’ira di Dio.
