He studied in his home town , then to Rome, and Naples with Domenico Morelli. He traveled to Spain , England and France to deepen his knowledge of art. In 1912 in London he won the competition of the house Muller for illustrations of the ” Gil Blas ” of Lesage . Then they were commissioned illustrations for “Don Quixote .”
The main journals of Europe had the employee. Rarely exhibited in Italy , but always with success. His comp “Malta” is located in the Art Museum of Berlin , “The riot ” in Gofort Museum in Stuttgart , “The kiss of the sun,” in the Goupil Gallery in Paris. The drawings made for the ” Gil Blas ” were gathered in a room dedicated to the Pilgrims in the Museum of Glasgow. At the exhibition of Poetry Workshop held in Milan in 1926 figured : ” A market of carpets in Spain .
