He completed his education at the Academy of Brera in Milan under the guidance of G. Bertini, who was the first among its past pupils. Equipped with various culture, became immediately notice the artistic milieu for its varied activities, then devoted himself to painting.
He dealt largely portraits, animated landscape, composition framework oil, pastels and watercolors, and Paul Hall and Filippo Carcano was one of the founders of the Association of watercolorists Lombardi.
Among his many portraits include: “Vittorio Emanuele III”, pel City of Milan, “The Crown Prince”, “The portrait of his wife” exhibited in Milan in 1897, “The painter Ludovico Knights”; “Comm Pasquinelli”; “Princess Pignatelli Colonna Du Chene,” “the children of Senator Bergl,” “Countess Sottocasa Levi”; “Comm Henry Zonda”; “Marquis Clerici,” “Prince Castelbarcos Albani,” “Miss Shepherds”, “Binda Lady”; “Mrs. Emma Hensemberger”; “Comm Goldmann”, “Comm Trollier.” She also performed figure paintings, studies of nudes and landscapes.
“Remarkable Great Tits”, exhibited at the Venice International in 1920 and purchased by the King; “On the dam” in the Gallery of Modern Art in Rome; “On October along the Seine”, exhibited in Venice in 1926, “Twilight”, in Georgiadis collection of Trieste, “in tramway”, which he represented the Quadrennial in Turin in 1928, “Mill Sesia Valley”, exhibited at the First Biennial of Naples “Gold and blue”, in the Museum of Buenos Aires, “Towards the source” National Exhibition of Florence in 1927. In the Gallery of Modern Art in Milan, as well as the aforementioned portraits of “Vittorio Emanuele III” and “painter Ludovico Cavaleri”, are kept “Omen”, “Monaca dead” and various landscapes.
