He completed his training with F.Lojacono in Palermo and then perfected in Naples under the guidance of D.Morelli and F.Palizzi. But his attention was atttratta especially by making airy and lively chromatic E.Dalbono. In the eighties he made several trips both in Rome and in Florence strengthening its relationship with the market.

And ‘in fact documented its production for the Galleria Pisani, while in Rome the first address may have been the Casa D’Atri, which as we know was the consideration of Goupil in Italy: Sicilian landscapes bathed in a warm southern light were in this sense of sure success with the public.

Also in recent years specialized in pastel portrait, of which a representative example is Donna Maria Ronha Duchess of Madrid in the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Palermo.
