He completed his training in Monaco where he studied painting undergoing the influence of F. Hodler. Then he moved to London and then Paris, specializing in sculpture. By the ’10s he settled in Berlin performing numerous portraits and busts, however, exempt from the influence of the avant-garde expressionist.
