In 1888, he exhibited at the Italian Exhibition in London a painting, entitled “Molo di Napoli”, which was purchased by the artist Stoppani, and two reproductions of the same, one for the house of Edinburgh, Ciceri et C., the other for private commission.
At the Promoter of Naples 1888, a painting: “On the Via di Minori”, requested for purchase by the same company, but bought by the artist-painter Mr. Borchardt; plus a half figure in oil: “Olga”.
He taught drawing for two years at the Chierchia University. He also made several “Portraits”, “Watercolors” and “Fans” for commissions, gaining praise and thus forming a reputation as a talented painter.
