Trained at the Academy of Perugia moved to Rome in 1931 devoting himself almost constantly in the major project of the Foro Mussolini.
From here its production of athletes: wrestlers, archers, swimmers, all characterized by a large plastic synthesis that characterizes the author. In the Forum created with 13 giant statues of athletes while at the Third Quadrennial in Rome in 1939 and sent Swimmer Good Earth (gypsum).
