    As soon completed his studies at the Academy of Naples he went to Rome, his city of choice. He dealt masterfully figure in sacred subjects, but in all his works you can admire the technique and the correctness of the design that religious sentiment. Exhibited in Rome in 1870, Chile in 1875 and in Melbourne in 1881, successfully anywhere. Noteworthy his paintings: “Raphael and Giulio II,” “Salvator Rosa among the brigands,” “San Marco and the poor,” “The Santarello.” In the monumental Badia di Cava dei Tirreni performed “Our Lady of Graeme and Child” and “San Marco with the sign of the cross heals the children.” In the monastery of that Badia painted “San Benedetto” under the vault of the Chapter, and “The miracle of the fish operated by St. Peter’s Benedictine.” He decorated and painted the church sull’Eremo dell’Avvocata, on the summit of the mountain Cava between the Tyrrhenian and Maiori and on the Amalfi coast in this country he painted four large canvases depicting religious subjects of the Congregation for the church of the Carmine.
